("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to the release
of its Final Results for its financial year ended 31 December 2022, its full
2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements incorporating a formal notice and
associated form of proxy for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of
the Company has now been posted to shareholders. The AGM is to be held at La
Tonnelle House, Les Banques, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY1 3HS on 29 June 2023 at
11.00 a.m.
