Australia's Larvotto Resources receives takeover proposal at near $470 million valuation
Oct 20 (Reuters) - Australian miner Larvotto Resources LRV.AX said on Monday it has received a confidential, non-binding indicative offer from United States Antimony Corporation (USAC), valuing the firm at around A$722.9 million ($469.88 million).
