** Shares of Australia's Larvotto Resources LRV.AX rise as much as 16.1% to a record high of A$1.44

** The miner receives a takeover offer from United States Antimony Corporation (USAC), valuing the firm at around A$722.9 million ($469.88 million)

** USAC's bid has an indicative offer price of A$1.40 per Larvotto share, representing a 12.9% premium compared to the stock's last close

** USAC already has acquired a 10% stake in co; LRV is considering the offer

** LRV up over 173%, YTD
