March 29 (Reuters) - Lechwerke AG  LECG.F : 
    * Expects a slight decline in sales for the current financial year. According to the 
forecast, operating profit will slightly exceed that of 2016 
    * FY sales were 4.6 percent higher at 2.4 billion euros ($2.58 billion) 
    * FY operating result at 141.6 million euros, at the previous year's level 
    * Proposes a stable dividend of 2.60 euros per share 
    * 250 million euros investment in electricity is planned by 2019
