 * Says net profit of HK$270 million for the year, decreased by 18.3% 
 * FY revenue of HK$1.71 billion for the year, increased by 9.3% 
 * Says proposed final dividend of HK5 cents per share 
 * Says is going to devote more resources in employing scientific research experts who possess rich chemical experience 
 * Lee & man chemical co- expects group can be able to develop new products successfully in near future that can meet trend of refined chemical 
   development
