** Shares of Lefroy Exploration  LEX.AX  rise as much as
5.9% to A$0.180, their biggest intraday gain since Dec. 21 - if
trend holds   
    ** Stock at its highest since Jan. 3
    ** Gold miner says assay results from its diamond drilling
program at Goodyear have returned highly elevated nickel values
    ** Stock fell 32.7% last year, it's worst year since 2015
