** Shares of Legacy Iron Ore  LCY.AX  rise as much as 11.1%
to A$0.020, their highest level since Aug 22
    ** Diversified miner signs strategic infrastructure sharing
agreement with Linden Gold Alliance
    ** Co says agreement to accommodate mine workers from the
co's onshore mine
    ** Adds that agreement will also provide co access to the
airstrip for its fly-in fly-out workforce and medical facilities
at mine
    ** More than 1.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 482,934 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 5.3% this year as of last close
