Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder
of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York
(Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of convening an extraordinary
general meeting for the proposal to change the investment objective of the
Sub-Fund (the "EGM"). Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered
Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 29 May 2026.

The circular also advises the Registered Shareholder of the intention to make
the following changes:

a) The name of the Sub-Fund is proposed to change in the manner set out below:

 Current Sub-Fund Name                          New Sub-Fund Name
 L&G MSCI Europe Climate Pathway UCITS ETF      L&G MSCI Europe Select UCITS ETF

b) Updates to the Index Description wording to provide clarification of the
Index Provider's proposed amendments to the Index, which include enhanced
screening techniques in relation to controversial weapons, nuclear weapons,
thermal coal mining, and thermal coal power. The Index will also see a minor
change in the weighted average greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2)
intensity relative to a potential investee company's enterprise value.

These changes are expected to take effect on or around 29 May 2026.

The EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 70 Sir
John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 14 May 2026 at 12:30 p.m. (Irish
Standard Time).

Copies of the notices issued to the Registered Shareholder have been submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
