** Shares in European chip and other AI-exposed stocks fall sharply, tracking an overnight selloff in the US and Asian markets
** STOXX tech .SX8P index falls 3.5% to more than three-week low at 0726 GMT, leading the sectoral losses on the wider STOXX 600 .STOXX index
** Among single stocks, tech index heavyweight ASML ASML.AS, STMicroelectronics STMPA.PA, BESI BESI.AS, Infineon IFXGn.DE and ASMI ASMI.AS fall between 6.5% and 9.8%
** Siltronic WAFGn.DE, Soitec SOIT.PA, Aixtron AIXGn.DE, Technoprobe TPRO.MI, Suss MicroTec SMHNn.DE and AT & S ATSV.VI are down between around 9% and 11%
** Nordic Semiconductor NOD.OL, Melexis MLXS.BR and X-FAB XFAB.PA all fall around 4%-5%
** Other AI-exposed stocks such as Nokia NOKIA.HE, Prysmian PRY.MI, Legrand LEGD.PA, Schneider Electric SCHN.PA, ABB ABN.S all slide between around 4% and 7%
