PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND FINAL TERMS

The following exchange offer memorandum and prospectus dated 13 September 2023
(the "Exchange Offer Memorandum and Prospectus") has been approved by the UK
Financial Conduct Authority, and the final terms dated 13 September 2023 (the
"Final Terms") are available for viewing:

1.   Exchange Offer Memorandum and Prospectus dated 13 September 2023 -
Invitation by LendInvest Secured Income II plc to the holders of the
£60,000,000 5.375 per cent. Notes due 2023 (of which £55,002,000 in nominal
amount are outstanding) (the "Existing Notes") issued by LendInvest Secured
Income plc and guaranteed by LendInvest plc to offer to exchange their
Existing Notes for Sterling denominated 11.5 per cent. Notes due 2026 (the
"New Notes") issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc with the benefit of a
partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest plc

 

2.   Final Terms relating to the issuance of 11.5 per cent. Notes due 2026
issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc under its £1,000,000,000 Euro
Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial 20% guarantee by
LendInvest plc.
