Director/PDMR Notification

 

LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading
platform for mortgages, has been notified of the transfer of ordinary shares
in the Company by Ian Thomas, the Chief Investment Officer and a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. Ian Thomas
transferred 11,057,364 ordinary shares held by him directly to his wholly
owned company, Kilford Investments Limited. Following the transfer, the total
beneficial ownership of Ian Thomas remains unchanged.

 

Formal notification is set out below in accordance with the requirements of
the Market Abuse Regulation.
