Director/PDMR Notification

 

LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), a leading
technology driven asset manager for UK property finance, has been notified of
the purchase of ordinary shares in the Company by Ian Thomas, the Chief
Investment Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR") of the Company. Ian Thomas purchased 60,000 ordinary shares at a
price of £0.6375 per share.
