LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading
platform for mortgages, has been notified that Christian Faes, Non-Executive
Director and PDMR, transferred 37,255,912 ordinary shares held by his wholly
owned company, Faes & Co Holdings Sarl, to his personal name for nil
consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial ownership of
Christian Faes remains unchanged.
