PUBLICATION OF BASE PROSPECTUS

The following base prospectus dated 13 October 2025 (the "Base Prospectus")
has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for
viewing:

 

Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2025 for the LendInvest Secured Income III
plc £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a
partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest plc.
