Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to the issuance of 8.25 per cent.
Notes due 2030 issued by LendInvest Secured Income III plc under its
£1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial
20% guarantee by LendInvest plc.
