** Stock top pct loser on Hong Kong's healthcare index .HSCIH

** Co's key shareholder Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) 300003.SZ disposes 11.14 mln H-shares, or 3.21% of share capital, by block deals, reducing its stake in co to 77.54%

** Sells shares at HK$22.79, a 17% discount to Monday's close

** Says disposal intended to enhance liquidity of shares

** Does not expect to have any adverse effect on business operations

** Lepu Medical Technology slips 1.6% to 20.3 yuan

** YTD, HK-listed LEPU ScienTech Medical gains 37.3%
