Brief: Bain Capital makes investment in Les Hotels de Paris

Sept 22 (Reuters) - BAIN CAPITAL/Les Hotels de Paris SA LZTL.PA: Private equity and investment company Bain Capital said it had made an investment in Les Hotels de Paris. Les Hôtels de Paris, advised by Wingate Investment Bank, owns a portfolio of 18 prime hotels, with 17 centrally located in Paris and one in St Tropez. "This investment is a natural extension of our hospitality strategy, reflecting our strong conviction in the enduring fundamentals of the European market and our ability to foster operational improvements and sustainable growth. We look forward to partnering with the talented Les Hôtels de Paris team," said Bain Capital partner Rafael Coste Campos. White & Case served as legal advisor, PwC served as financial and tax advisor, HPM served as technical advisor, CBRE served as commercial advisor to Bain Capital.
