Appointment of Joint Broker

Lexington Gold (AIM: LEX; OTCQB: LEXLF), the gold exploration and development
company with a growing portfolio of high-quality projects in South Africa and
the United States, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marex Financial
("Marex") as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Bernard Olivier, CEO of Lexington Gold, commented:
