Lexington Gold (AIM: LEX), the gold exploration and development company with projects in North and South Carolina, USA, is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year to 31 December 2020, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting (incorporating an Explanatory Memorandum), were posted to shareholders on 14 May 2021. The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 10.00 a.m. (Bermudan time) on Monday, 14 June 2021 at the Company's registered office at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda.
