Lexington Gold (AIM: LEX; OTCQB: LEXLF), the gold exploration and development
company with a growing portfolio of high-quality projects in South Africa and
the United States, is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, as set out in the notice of
