SEOUL, Jan 17 (Reuters) - South Korean IT services
provider LG CNS said on Friday it has priced its initial public
offering at the top of its targeted range, to raise 1.2 trillion
won ($823.31 million).
LG CNS said it plans to sell 19,377,190 shares at 61,900
Korean won a share, compared with its price range of 53,700 to
61,900 won.
LG Corp 003550.KS holds a 49.95% stake while a private
equity fund of Macquarie Group owns a 35% stake in the company.
