    * LGL Group Inc - CFO, Patti A. Smith, has informed co that 
she has decided to resign from her position, effective November 
6, 2017 
    * LGL Group - Smith will remain available to co on 
consultant basis through January 31, 2018, while company 
considers appointment of her successor
