    ** Battery developer says its semi-solid-state lithium
sulfur (Li-S) battery cells have passed nail penetration safety
tests 
    ** Adds test results exceed civilian and U.S. military
performance standards
    ** About 418,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of nearly 237,000
    ** Stock down 19.4% YTD, as of last close
