** Stock hits its highest level since September 10
** Battery technology developer signs collaboration agreement with defence technology firm Safesky Systems 
** Deal to evaluate and integrate its lithium-sulfur batteries into Safesky's tactical drone fleet
** About 269,200 shares change hands, 1.2 times the 30-day average volume        
** Stock flat year-to-date, including session gains
