** The battery developer signs a collaboration agreement with Kea Aerospace to integrate its advanced lithium sulfur battery technology into Kea's high altitude uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) targeting multi-month flight times

** About 489,100 shares change hands by 0222 GMT, 3.4 times the 30-day average volume of shares

** Stock down 14.8% this year, as of last close
