NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 29, 2020, the Issuer completed its conversion from a private limited liability company governed by the laws of the Netherlands (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid or B.V.) into a public limited liability company governed by the laws of the Netherlands (naamloze vennootschap or N.V.) (the "Conversion"). Effective of the Conversion, the Issuer was also renamed into VTR Finance N.V.. The official seat of the Issuer is in Amsterdam, having its office address at Boeingavenue 53, 1119 PE Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands, and registered in the Dutch Commercial Registry under number 54093333.
