Australia's Mitula Group rises on amended takeover deal with Japan's Lifull

rise as much as 6.6 pct to A$0.730, their highest since
late-July
    ** Co says Japan's Lifull  2120.T  agrees to amend takeover
deal for Mitula, wherein if its per share offer falls below
A$0.8 per Mitula share, Lifull will pay an additional up to A$10

    ** Lifull, a real estate portal, had agreed to buy Mitula in
