Ligent Technologies opens 11% higher in Hong Kong debut HONG KONG, Sept 22 (Reuters) - Shares of Chinese fibre-optic communications equipment maker Ligent Technologies 9856.HK are set to open 11% higher at HK$36.60 per share in their Hong Kong debut on Tuesday, after the company raised HK$5.67 billion ($722.70 million) in its share sale.
