Result of AGM

 

Light Science Technologies Holdings plc (AIM: LST), the innovative technology
and manufacturing business providing real-world solutions targeting issues
including global food security and fire safety, announces that at its Annual
General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolutions 12 to
13 were passed as Special Resolutions. Voting on all resolutions at the Annual
General Meeting was conducted by poll and the results are as follows:
