** ASX-listed shares of Light & Wonder LNWO.PK, LNW.AX fell as much as 3.2% to A$121.08, logging its weakest session since April 14

** Global games firm said it has received notice of a class action proceeding at the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia

** Adds, class action alleges co's claims about its "Dragon Train" game lacked reasonable grounds

** Says proceedings brought on behalf of shareholders who bought stake in co's Chess Depository Interests (CDI)

** LNW will defend the proceeding

** Stock down over 20% this year, including the day's move
