rise 10.3% to a record high of A$169.57
    ** Stock top gainer on the benchmark index  .AXJO  
    ** U.S.-based gaming co to acquire Grover Gaming's
charitable gaming assets for $850 million
    ** Says deal is highly accretive to value and earnings, with
high single-digit adjusted NPATA per-share accretion
    ** Nearly 319,000 shares change hands, 3.6 times the 30-day
average volume of shares
    ** Stock up 12.1% this year, as of last close
