directors of company 
    * Wang Leo appointed as deputy chairman and chief operating 
officer of company 
    * Jin Guangcai also resigned as chairman and chairman of 
strategic committee of company 
    * Wang Junqiang appointed as chief executive officer of 
company, all with effect from 23 january 2017 
    * Chen Jianzheng appointed as chairman
