Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces completion of buyback programme and
cancellation of shares

 

Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company"- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that the
Company has cancelled 51,597 treasury shares bought back under the GEL 73.4
million share buyback and cancellation programme which was announced on 22
August 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

 

The Company has completed the GEL 73.4 million Buyback Programme. Since the
launch of the Buyback Programme the Company has purchased 475,433 ordinary
shares. All the treasury shares purchased in the Buyback Programme have now
been cancelled.

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2, the Group discloses the following
information:

 

 Date of cancellation                                                             20 January 2025
 Number of ordinary shares held in treasury cancelled                             51,597
 Total number of ordinary shares held in treasury following the cancellation.     0

 Total number of voting rights in issue following the cancellation.               44,351,550

 (This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
 calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
 interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
 Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules).
