Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Board of Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company" or the "Group") has
declared an interim dividend of GEL 3.38 per ordinary share in respect of the
period ended 30 June 2024, payable in Pounds Sterling on 11 October 2024 to
those ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register of members at the
close of business on 27 September 2024, according to the following timetable:

 

Ex-Dividend Date: 26 September 2024

Record Date: 27 September 2024

Currency Conversion Date: 27 September 2024

Payment Date: 11 October 2024

 

The National Bank of Georgia's Lari/British Pounds Sterling average exchange
rate for the period of 23 September to 27 September 2024 will be used as the
exchange rate on the Currency Conversion Date and will be announced in due
course.
