Lion Finance Group PLC announces cancellation of shares under the buyback
programme
Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company"- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that the
Company has cancelled 99,332 treasury shares bought back under the GEL 107.7
million share buyback and cancellation programme which was announced on 25
February 2025 as an extension of the GEL 73.4 million share buyback and
cancellation programme announced on 22 August 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").
The total number of shares cancelled since the launch of the Buyback Programme
in August 2024 is 736,275.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2, the Group discloses the following
information:
Date of cancellation 29 April 2025
Number of ordinary shares held in treasury cancelled 99,332
Total number of ordinary shares held in treasury following the cancellation. 10,000
Total number of voting rights in issue following the cancellation. 44,080,708
(This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules).
