("Liontrust" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs")
Liontrust announces that on 29 April 2026 it was notified that John Ions, CEO
(PDMR), and his PCAs undertook the following transactions in the ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") as set out below. Accordingly, Mr
Ions' net shareholding when including his PCAs remains unchanged.
