Delisting of LITEON GDRs from London Stock Exchange
 
Lite-On Technology Corp. ("LITEON" or the "Company"), announced to the market of the London Stock Exchange via RNS, as earlier reported at https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/LTTD/postpone-delisting-of-lite-on-gdrs-from-lse/13898732
 
In addition and further to the announcement on December 11, 2018, providing notification that the specific date of cancellation of the listing of the Company's Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be December 1, 2020.
 
The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US5367593010 for Reg S, and US5367594000 for 144a).
