Delisting of LITE-ON GDRs from London Stock Exchange
 
Lite-On Technology Corp. ("LITE-ON" or the "Company"), an information technology company, submitted below report to the Taiwan Stock Exchange ("TWSE") through the market observation post system ("MOPS") on October 30, 2018.
 
Till October 15, 2018, the outstanding GDR issued by LITE-ON on the London Stock Exchange were 817,978 units (representing 8,179,928 common shares). In order to lower the relevant management costs, the Board of Directors resolved to terminate the GDR program and deposit agreement.
 
In addition and further to the announcement on October 30, 2018, providing notification that the specific date of cancellation of the listing of the Company's Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be January 31, 2019.
 
The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US5367593010 for Reg S, and US5367594000 for 144a).
