** Shares of Lithium Plus Minerals  LPM.AX  rise as much as
9.6% to A$0.745, their highest level since Oct. 18
    ** Says the third diamond drill hole at the Lei prospect in
its Bynoe Lithium project in Northern Territory, Australia found

    ** Drilling program to continue into early December,
Executive Chairman Bin Guo says early drilling outcomes are
"highly encouraging" 
    ** LPM down 2.9% since listing on April 26
