** Shares of Australia's Lithium Plus Minerals  LPM.AX 
climb as much as 9.7% to A$0.34
    ** Stock on track for best day since May 19, if gains hold
    ** Lithium miner says it has struck a wide pegmatite
interval in its initial diamond hole of phase three drilling at
its Lei prospect in the Northern Territory
    ** Co says in its maiden hole, it struck a 43-metre
pegmatite interval intersected downhole from 443 metres to 486
metres
    ** Stock down 16.2% YTD, as of last close
