** Lithium explorer signs cooperation memorandum of understanding with Taiwan’s RePV Tech

** Under the MOU, RePV Tech will supply the company with silicon wafer material obtained from its recycling operations

** Says deal for co-operation on using silicon wafers for silver extraction testing

** Stock up ~62% this year, including the day's move
