** Shares of London-listed Litigation Capital Management Limited LITL.L down 18.12% at 21.8 p, a record low

** Co, which provides financing for legal disputes, says High Court in London delivered a judgment against a commercial litigation claim funded by LCM

** LCM says it invested GBP 9.9 million ($13.34 million) of its own capital and a further GBP 6.1 million through co's Fund I

** Including session's losses, stock has fallen 88.2% so far this year
