Notice of Half-Year Results and Trading Update, and Details of Investor

Litigation Capital Management Limited ("LCM" or the "Company"), an alternative
asset manager specialising in dispute financing solutions internationally,
will announce its results for the six months ended 31 December 2025 on
Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that it will provide a live
presentation relating to the Interim Results via Investor Meet Company on 31
Mar 2026, 09:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
