LL Flooring rises after co discloses buyout proposal for $2.50 per share in cash

** Shares of LL Flooring  LL.N  up ~26% at $1.96 after the
bell
    ** Co says its board is considering the latest non-binding
proposal to acquire all of co's shares for $2.50 per share in
cash
    ** Adds, the deal remains subject to completion of certain
financing
    ** Co separately announces it has entered into cooperation
agreement with Live Ventures  LIVE.O  and Isaac Capital Group
LLC regarding director nominations
    ** Up to last close, stock fell nearly 60% YTD
