down >7% premarket after electric carmaker Tesla  TSLA.O 
outlines plan to halve the cost of its batteries 
    ** U.S.-listed shares of Chile's SQM  SQM.N   SQMB.SN  down
6.2%, Canada's Lithium Americas  LAC.N   LAC.TO  down 6.8%,
while FMC Corp  FMC.N  down 1.4% 
    ** The Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF  LIT.P  down 4.2%
    ** Lithium is used in electric car batteries
    ** Tesla said at its "Battery Day" event that it has got
rights to a lithium clay deposit in Nevada, with enough to
