July 10 (Reuters) - Advance SCT Ltd  ASCT.SI : 
    * Saffron agreed to capitalize scheme debt as well as a 
working capital loan of S$1.5 million that it has extended to 
company's unit 
    * Upon capitalization of Saffron debt, group's debt burden 
will be substantially reduced
