 * Says proposed disposal of 5% of the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the share capital of Western Copper Co., Ltd 
 * Says proposed disposal will result in Western Copper ceasing to be a subsidiary of the company 
 * Says there will be a loss on disposal of S$90,371 pursuant to the proposed disposal 
 * Proposed disposal not expected to have material effect on net tangible assets per share or EPS of co for the current financial year 
 * Aggregate consideration payable of new Taiwan dollars 25 (or equivalent to S$1 based on the exchange rate of NTD1:S$0.0431)
