** Stock of battery recycler operator hits its highest level since May 4
** Co executes battery recycling framework agreement with unit of China-based Contemporary Amperex Technology Co 300750.SZ 
** Under deal, services to be delivered in Australia, with potential for New Zealand
** Nearly 13.5 million shares change hands, 10.1x the 30-day average volume 
** Stock has risen 5% this year, including session moves
