LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ('GROUP') - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY  PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10 PENCE EACH ('SHARES')

 

Chirantan Barua, a PDMR, sold 512,681 Shares on 30 April 2026 at a price of 97.108 pence per Share. Following this sale of Shares, Chirantan continues to be on track to achieve compliance with the Group's shareholding policy requirements.
