Notice is hereby given that the following repurchases of the GBP February 2023 Bonds have been completed by the Issuer:

The repurchased GBP February 2023 Bonds remain outstanding and have not been surrendered to the Principal Paying Agent for cancellation by the Issuer. As of the date of this Notice, the Issuer intends to hold the repurchased GBP February 2023 Bonds until such time as the GBP February 2023 Bonds are redeemed in full.
As of the date of this Notice, the Principal Amount Outstanding of the GBP February 2023 Bonds is £1,000,000,000 of which £215,332,000 are held by the Issuer. 
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the GBP February 2023 Bonds.
